I'm on a 80's tv show kick.. The 80's shows just had that certain something that was entertaining and yes it was cheesy but just good Fun. I would love to take a time machine back to 1984 and escape the craziness of 2024.
80s shows kick ass! No fucking CGI, plenty of vehicles jumping over things, and the foxiest women of all time 😎... Bonus points. No collagen, no fake boobs or lips or butts, this was the time to be alive!
@@GiphSnelgrove 😂 so true! The funniest thing was the hair of the 80's. especially women's hair!? They didn't understand how to straighten women's hair.. so women like Geena Davis had poodle hair! Giant FROO's!
What a long opening song...For me, "The Fall Guy" was must-see tv, back in the day...What an original and clever concept...Heather Thomas was a sight to behold.
I believe they pitched the whole idea of the fall guy on the theme tune. It was put in place before any scripts. I miss the days when you could actually look forward to the theme tune, knight rider, a team, moonlighting, Cagney and lacey, air wolf... ect ect
Heather Thomas, yes indeed. REAL WOMAN WITH REAL WOMAN PARTS! Every woman was beautiful in their own right, and nothing fake needed. I miss real women!
George Converse so now ur the official spell check troller. Just as bad as the men's room stall latch troller. Latch is broke, but he wanna bug the guy while he's doing his business, just 2 tell him that he should latch the door. Shorter term 4 those guys, peeping tom. Just imagine wat the shorter term 4 u is.
Why didn't they reissue all the DVD sets of The Fall Guy? They only got up to series 2. Shame on them. I still love this show at the age of 48. I watched this when I was only 10 years old. Please reissue all the rest of the series.
Watched all of Lee’s series, from big valley and on , loved them as a kid ! But now that I’ve aged still like his bionic man and fall guy , but I watch those as a remembering thing , but big valley is still good , these others as an adult are a little quirky, but still fun to watch ! Lol 😂 tell how young and green I was ,at the pilot of the six million dollar man I actually remember getting a little teared up ! Lol 😂
where does the time go? it just seems like yesterday i was watching this show with my Mom & Dad & playing with my Fall Guy matchbox Fall Guy mini truck & my Fall Guy remote control truck. & the A-Team & Dukes of Hazzard & Knight Rider. I had all those cars from those shows & the A-Team van & all the A-Team figurines lol.
stephen dwyer: Why would you go in that direction? That's so unclassy to say. Colt Seavers was hardly gay in this show as he was a stunt man & bounty hunter, that doesn't scream gay to me, that screams total macho man for that era.
Footage of biplane crashing into sea, @ 5.34 to 6.46, is taken from 1965 film, Those Magnificent Men in Their Flying Machines. For this Fall Guy episode, Majors & stunt chopper footage are jump-cut edited with original film footage.
Three beautiful women at the end there: Heather Thomas, Markie Post, and Michelle Phillips. Oh, what heaven that would be to have all three of them at the same time!
TV sucks now. Back then, the vehicle & driver of it were the stars, now days?, it's someone's pistol that's the star, yep, TV now sucks major arse! LOL Except Shark Tank, and a few other ones, they don't suck. ha ha
I agree.Heather was gorgeous back then. She's aged quite well I think.Would you know if the hotel they stayed in in the episode where they all went to Palm Springs, was it really called the Desert Palms hotel?Thankyou.
Some of that footage from the airplane stunt at the beginning of this one is actually from a real movie. If you've ever got 2 hours and 18 minutes and need a good laugh, check out Those Magnificent Men in Their Flying Machines (1965). And don't forget to tip your cap to the stuntmen involved!
I know back when I was a kid and watched this I didn't think about it. With that said how did the chamilion just happen to have a Fall Guy Stuntman jacket all the way in New York?
Mrs Richards: "I paid for a room with a view !" Basil: (pointing to the lovely view) "That is Torquay, Madam ." Mrs Richards: "It's not good enough!" Basil: "May I ask what you were expecting to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window ? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? the Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically past?..." Mrs Richards: "Don't be silly! I expect to be able to see the sea!" Basil: "You can see the sea, it's over there between the land and the sky." Mrs Richards: "I'm not satisfied. But I shall stay. But I expect a reduction." Basil: "Why?! Because Krakatoa's not erupting at the moment ?"
Long time ago I saw a movie with Peter Fonda and I'am almost sure that the scene they play in the opening of the Fall Guy tv series is the same yellow car hitting the train and catching fire
The yellow car hitting the train and blowing up is actually a 69 Dodge Charger and is from the ending of the movie Called dirty Mary crazy Larry. Peter Fonda plays Larry yes .
LOL meeting on a computer date, damn i'm a 80's kid and i don't remember that being a thing, but they nailed the actually ugly, most replayed part hahaha everyone is wait what!!!!
Wow, what a trip down memory lane!! Goosebumps hearing that theme song, I used to get really excited when it came on as a kid!! Great shows, Airwolf, knightrider, chips, A-Team, planet of the apes, land of the giants!! EDIT… Dukes of Hazard, Littlest Hobo, Cagney and Lacey,
Help help me hardest thing I'll ever do eyes Watchmen Leading Lady run off with another man while I'm bandage in money I might jump from a building on Tarzan from a vine zombie unknown stuntman Redford a dime I might jump from an open drawbridge or Tarzan from Avon
But the hardest thing I'll ever do is watch my Leading Lady kiss some other man, while I'm bandaging my knee. I might jump from a tall building or roll a brand new car. Cause, I'm the unknown stuntman that made Redford such a star.
