Tony's Ford Territory Barra turbo finally gets onto the dyno and runs great. The car will now be converted back to AWD for street and track duties.

The Aussie Ford Territory was one of the most popular SUVs when it was on sale largely due to it being powered by the Barra six cylinder engine. This is the AWD version so it's the perfect platform for a sleeper style build project. We follow Tony from Michael Js & Son as he gives the old family Territory a much needed overhaul from front to back as well as a much needed turbo upgrade.

What else needed to be done to achieve 2wd? Obviously removing the drive shaft and pulling the chain out of the transfer case but what else in the case?

Mate for reliability and performance run 98 octane non ethanol, e10 is harder on fuel system components and is more prone to knock on lean mixtures

Hi on mine on the hiway e10 , 10 psi 10.8 lts per 100. 13 lts Ave city /highway . Get 500 km to a tank . 1000 cc injectors .

Just because it's a territory and it's so sleeper... you almost want to p!ss that turbo dose sound right off? PPS. If you run mesh cover over your turbo your Barra sounds like the Pikes Escudo instead of dosing...... Sounds way cooler, but intake temps are higher? Wondering if it will still dose with mesh and a pipe? 🤔

You can drive the car and not hear a single sound it's all governed by your right foot. Your AIT is determined by your intercooler efficiency. 👍
