This music is epic. So incredibly refreshing. There are so many layers of music and depth. The Singer definitely has heard some Jeff Buckley. I love it!
I watched a documentary last night called Valley Uprising, about the history of rock climbing in Yosemite, and noticed that The Family Crest was featured as background music in one segment of the show..
Awesome album very cinematic! I Felt as if I was in a medieval San Francisco at times and then a casual stroll with the band following me by the bay. Hello from Fellow Bay Areans!
I think Beneath the Brine has the same ending chord sequences, or very similar, as 'plug in baby' by Muse. It's not quite the same. Really enjoying the discovery of this incredible band :)
When I found out Mother Falcon was coming back into town, I saw you guys were touring with them. I am so thankful for curiosity. Thanks for this sound. I see a mini Mother Falcon collective lavishing me with clean and pure music. Love it guys. Thank you once again.
Discovered them from the NPR Tiny Desk Music performance. Love the compositions and performances. But on this RU-vid track, the vocals are buried too deep in the mix. With all the instrumentation through the midrange it's hard to make out the lyrics. Is that the case with the cd?
Well it sounds real. But there is some auto tune. Significantly less yes but if you heard them in real life there is a difference. But yea I totally agree they are brilliant without anything.
Such a fantastic gift... a lifeline from God who uses these souls as a voice for my troubled times......... Helped me survive my divorce, spiritual balm, this album makes me cry in 2024... I am grateful for this epic music. Aloha
