Sorry to hear Jess and Karl weren’t well when this was made, I really hope they recovered quickly. You did a grank job without our lovely Jess, but I missed the conversations with her as you went round. To me this house looked the most lived in, you could really imagine the family had all gone out for the day and would be back any minute, if you ignore the decay that is! It has always been my love to see such breath-taking homes, whether it be large castles or the smallest of structures. To see the love that was put in to each one is not only amazingly beautiful, but also the love it held to its walls with each family that lived there. It plays its pictures and memories as you walk through the halls. Tis sad that time has not always been kind to these places, their halls are now empty with the void of the sounds of laughter. It is good to see you guys there and so many like you that go and allow it to shine once more without further damage in total resect. Get better Jess n Karl!! ♥ Loves n hugs to you Sam!! ♥

What a gorgeous home. The furniture is absolutely gorgeous, It's really nice that this house is pretty good condition. It could be saved, Before it can't be done. IT is too beautiful to have it decay and people come and trashed.just to ruin it. Seem like it hides pretty well with nature. I'm in love with this house. Seems like people were looking for " jewelry and money" when you see the room tossed. Thank you for sharing this amazing, beautiful, house with us. They don't make homes like that anymore. That's why I can't understand why if there's no family. Then The towns historical society should raise money and volunteer's to fix it up.

Absolutely phenomenal mansion!!! Sooo very gorgeous!!! My favorite was all of the antique wooden furniture!!! Sooo large, beveled mirrors, marble tops on sooo many night stands & dresser’s!!! The fabulous stained glass!!! The majestic staircase & banister!!! It breaks my heart ♥️ that all of their memorabilia was left behind 😢😰😞 Many of the pictures, artwork & drawings were from the 1920s-1980s!!! I sooo wish that the priceless furniture could be saved 👍🙏😢 I hope Jess gets better…we miss her👍🙏 Thank you Sam for the tour of this spectacular mansion… I wish that it could be saved 👍🙏😢😞😰
An amazing ornate home!! Everything is left behind, and the family is just gone!! Still has me so puzzled!! The beauti of the toilets and sinks in the bathrooms were amazing. The hand painted bands near ceilings were also awesome💞 Great video Sam, and sorry Jess wasn't with you, I'm sure filming was different. Hope everyone has stayed well since!!
I suspect children moved away a long timecago. Then husband & wife lived there till old age. Two TV's were added in the years when they were old. One died. The clothes of both still there. Then the other lived alone. That person went to the hospital and never returned home. If not that person possibly died at home. Over the years since people broke in and ransacked the drawers upstairs looking for valuables and money. I am surprised you did not try the light switch or the water. Obviously no one inherited the house or didn't want it. So it is left to ruin and eventually fall down with all the antiques still inside.

Wow you have that perfect voice for the story of this home.In January of 22 friends of mine explored this home and it was clean, dust but thats it. It breaks my heart seeing how this home got ransacked.Beautiful still show cased thank you so much for taking care of this old place?
Its almost like a museum with everything on display. Although its dated 2010 it seems a lot older.Beautiful house. Be interesting to find out where the owners gone.Obviously very religious with all the icons and artifacts about .Beautiful place thankyou for showing me .

Arrgghhhh! You pass up what looks like some beautiful glass vases, blue ones and a green one and focus on a couple of old pictures. I'd show both I think if there was something interesting about the pictures but I can tell you have a thing about pictures and paperwork whereas I'm just more into architecture and knickknacks if you'd like and looking at hallmarks on dinnerware and silverware and stuff like that in general I guess. But it's not my show and you guys really do an amazing job after all 😊❤ I'm wondering if you guys are still still filming. The last year I saw said one year ago but I'm not sure if I can go by that and if you quit, when and if I can be nosy,why? I've still got plenty of videos to watch I think. This looks to me like it was already deteriorating long before it was abandoned. It's very expensive to keep a house like that in repair and even just heat.

This is a magnificent home. Thank you for sharing. I have to say... I am so torn on the matter of taking things from abandoned homes. When going through them, it is like walking through a storybook of a family’s life & there is something sacred about it, so much so, that it makes me wince when people touch items. You guys seem to respect what you touch and you put it back, which is nice to witness, however, are we being over dramatic about these things? They are just things and obviously, we can’t take them with us after we leave this realm. So, in that train of thought, would it not be best to take what can be salvaged for the living people to use and enjoy, as well as giving these pieces of art, a chance to escape decay, even if it is just a little while longer? Such a conundrum, and yet, the furniture alone, seems like such a waste to allow such pieces to rot away. Thanks again for sharing.
Bonitas puertas y muebles con grabados hechos a mano perfectos, me gusta mucho la decoración tan antigua de esta mansión, las casas son dignas de un museo, aunque en algunos lados están destruidas las podrian restaurar, en fin, cada dueño debería hacerles mantenimiento para que no se pierdan las lindas e interesantes estructuras antiguas.
