The apple pie with pudding is so moist, it melts in your mouth. It's the best apple pie recipe with cream. Anyone can bake this delicious apple pie! Ingredients / Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)
100 g butter (soft) 1/2 cup
130 g cream cheese (1/2 cup)
A pinch of salt
180 g flour (1 1/3 cups)
2 heaped tablespoons sugar

Baking pan: 24 cm (9.5 inches)

Press the edge up evenly.
Grated nuts
Breadcrumbs
700 g apples (about 5 apples)
Juice of half a lemon
2 - 3 tablespoons sugar
Bring to the boil briefly.
200 ml cold water (4/5 cup)
1 pack of pudding (powder) vanilla pudding (37 g)
Reduce the heat and pour the pudding powder into the boiling apples, stirring constantly. Continue to cook gently until it thickens. Season to taste with sugar.
Let cool for 10 minutes.
Bake apple pie at 160 °C (320 °F) for about an hour.
Allow the apple pie to cool completely.
250 ml whipped cream (1 cup)
1 packet of vanilla sugar (8 g, 2 teaspoons)
1 pack of cream stiffener
