Hi. Can you please clarify if you're using Baking POWDER or Baking SODA? On screen it says powder but, in the ingredient list it says soda. Also, l'm curious about the reason for running the skewer through the cake before you put it in the oven. I've never seen anyone do that before. Many thanks. 😊
