The famous Italian appetizer recipe, cooked in just 15 minutes! 

For this to be more Italian I would use some Italian seasoning and garlic with the zucchini and parm, I would use prosciutto rather than bacon and I would brush it with an egg wash before putting it in the oven. Sprinkle with a little more parm and make a nice butter and garlic dip. (Tip, don’t cut the stem off the zucchini then use that as a handle when grating it)

I understand the slowness so people who are not necessarily cooks can follow, however it is unsafe to use knives that are as dull as the one this person is using. Good equipment saves time and is safer.

As an Italian, i would replace the bacon with prosciutto and perhaps use a more flavorful cheese in the sauce.

So many people want to go from point A to C without stopping at B! I didn't find it to be that slow, I've seen worse. And these look very yummy

I would cook the bacon a bit until you can still move it without it cracking.

Nothing was seasoned except the sauce. That zucchini probably could have used some garlic or onion powder.

Italians would likely use Provolone, Asiago, or Parmesan instead of Cheddar cheese. Interesting.

What is it called? And why do we have to watch somebody grate a whole block of cheese (two in fact) and a whole courgette? We get the idea already.

I love the recipe. Just not a fan of zucchini. I think when i try this out I may replace with onions, mushrooms and green peppers.

The recipe is good, I would have to say that the cheese sauce can be used for something else, the cheese in the puff pastry is enough flavour❤

Cooks just in 15 minutes but takes 3 hours to prepare! I made my breakfast and lunch during this video and still had time for a nap! ( sorry but the video is all I need to fall asleep but it does look good. Maybe if I start now it’ll be ready in time for The Rose Bowl!

Good grief, I've never seen anyone cooking, using cooking implements, etc, so slowly! Yawn! Nearly lost interest in it! You need someone who has better speed, better hand skills and better manual dexterity showing us what to do.

Replace the bacon with prosciutto, the courgette (zucchini) with chopped tomatoes or red onions or both 😉...yum 😋

Not authentic Italian recipe. Only Italian part is the Parmesan and would high quality. Italian cooking: olive oil, regiano parm, fresh garlic, fresh herbs, white cheese, Italian seasoning, oregano, prosciutto, salami. Bacon not meat of choice in Italy. Also, too large to be appetizer unless cut, might be tasty.
