The famous yoghurt cake that's driving the whole world crazy! A cake that melts in your mouth.
Recipe and preparation:
110 g all-purpose flour.
20 grams of cocoa. 5 grams of baking powder.
2 eggs. A pinch of salt.
10 grams of vanilla sugar. 80 grams of sugar.
80 ml milk.
40 grams of vegetable oil.
20 grams of cocoa
5 grams of baking powder
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for about 20 minutes without convection.
Cut off the top and let cool.
400 g fresh or canned mango
100 ml boiling water. 50 g unsweetened cocoa.
150ml of water. 30 g instant gelatine.
800g Greek yoghurt. 250 grams of sugar.
400 ml cream 33% fat. A pinch of vanilla.
Divide into two parts.
Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
200 ml cream 33% fat. 15 g powdered sugar
15 g cream thickener. A pinch of vanilla.
