You could try creating a course play to drive the truck to the sell point and a course play to drive it back to the edge of the field and you do the bits in between
It's an elevator I think they call it VF not 100% on that but makes sence they are chain link. Like the overloaded when I did a big sugar beet contract on Haut-Beylaron lost alot of time not been back at the field to empty the harvester
I believe the 3-in-1 setting is 3 types of unload - Standard (full tip), Grain Door (low tip), and Walking Floor. On these Euromaps I tend to make sure I either use a walking floor or switch to Grain Door, because the sheds and vendors tend to have low rooves which impede the Standard tip. North American maps tend to allow a higher tip, so not so much of an issue.
