I've been eyeballing IK Multimedia, and their UI is looking like a cross between Avid and SSL, which is a good thing. Definitely going to check them out, again.
Yo @SumnSumnSumnHTK how's it danglin? Lol anyway, that was weird, but I just scooped a couple waves plugs using your link and now I'm putting a plugin boutique cart together. Upgrading to Izotope MPS 5 from 4.1 (now that they finally offering us 4.1 owners a fair(er) upgrade price of $230 instead of the like $375 they were trying to charge us after the drop date)...but I wanted to ask you if I should add loopmix to the cart? I been intrigued by this one and was just wondering how much do you use it, and if you get good results from randomizing loops from your library? I still gotta get the imageline-uvi bundle and some hardware from sweetwater/zounds, so I don't need to be buying software I aint gonna use... ya feel me?
@@SumnSumnSumnHTK I don't do a lot of chopping, just once in a blue moon but i thought I might get some better use out of my loop library if I had loopmix. I was mostly thinking it looks mad nice as a way to bust up and mix drum loops together. Bro I started in a time when we used hardware and not much else and using Fuity loops(as it was called then) was a cardinal sin lol. FL has changed a LOT since then. I have it and it actually tight. Even tho I don't use it much i been trying to get more proficient at it. I like to try and stay well rounded lol. But it definitely has the best piano roll around no doubt.
