I switched to Farmers Dog about a year ago and I can tell a definite difference in my dogs health. No more itching and her chronic ear issues have completely cleared up. She is also more active (she is 12) and I can tell her joints feel better.
I was until I found out they wouldn’t give price until you provided some private information 1st. I have also read others complaints about price. The food is still processed packaged in plastics. Might as well make your dogs food at home. Much cheaper and much better for environment.
My dog loved it at first but now he isn’t as crazy about it. He likes the pork but you can see that the packages are much smaller and he’s starving after eating it so I quit getting it. The beef he refuses to eat. So now I’m down to just chicken and turkey. I think he’s getting bored with it. I don’t think it fills him up enough either. In the beginning it was the best thing in the world!!! Now I don’t know what to do….
I am having the same issue. My yorkies are the pickiest eaters and would go days without eating. When I started Farmers Dog they ate really well for a few weeks but after several months now I find myself throwing away a lot of food they don't eat.
Do you know if they truly customize your recipe? For an example, my dog sometimes suffers from constipation, so if I say that will they add more fiber into her plan?
