The Fashion Design Book Behind the Scenes - Sketching a Lantern Sleeve 

Behind the scenes from the making of The Fashion Design Book. This my thought process while rendering, evaluating what's necessary, what isn't, and fine-tuning shapes and silhouettes.
I wanted to show you a slowed-down video because, thanks to an analytic process like this, if you were to make a garment with this sleeve, you would have a better idea of how to draft your pattern to achieve that silhouette.
It wouldn't be drafting from imagination, but from a visual reference you could even measure and scale up. That's why I highly recommend rendering your designs first.
