u have your brakes set to regen also? it helps with stopping power but dont neglect also your mechanical brakes have to be good too and properly working
Tbh I don't know, I cannot find anything, I had to get a replacement battery cause it got damaged in rain and the only way I got it cause of warranty and I had to contact the Amazon seller
