Bobbi's husband is the Senior VP of an accomplished IT company and apparently Mark Cuban only agreed to the interview because of her manager. I think her husband paid good money for her to get a manager with good industry connections and that's how she's been getting all these people to do her interviews.
I don’t think people are ONLY mad at her for profiting off black celebrities. It’s the fact that she doesn’t know them at all, Nardwuar for example makes money but he knows about EVERYBODY. Underground rappers, old school rappers, everyone. At least VladTv knows about all the rappers and history. That’s like me being a history teacher and not knowing about history.

Industry plants are not specific to the music or podcast industry. It’s a term to describe anyone who uses their privilege and connections to move up in a business with no hard work presented. Just look at any young rich kid being pushed up in a company bc their father is a senior partner or knows someone.
She's not trying to park it off of the black community. She's getting famous robbers who just so happen to be black. Trust me, if you guys want some rappers you would get Drake and Lil yachty too, and I think when she was standing at the concert she was just trying to be her personality that she's like on her account. I don't understand why she doesn't keep that up during interviews, but I'm pretty sure this is just something she does whenever it's her account. Aka it's all an act, and I don't even listen to this girl. I just seen clips of her podcast and even I realized all this
I think these “podcasts” that bring on celebrities are ALL INDUSTRY PLANTS. Especially the one that brought on Drake and his son, Adonis when he only had like 300k subscribers at the time.
Idk I think the change in personality from her content vs going on someone else's podcast can be explained. Her content is supposed to be awkward and her going on someone else's content is her promoting herself. Idk about the other stuff

She did an episode on Rick Glassman - "Take Your Shoes Off Podcast", and he calls her out and roasts her.. But his a comedian and does it all for fun, he gets to break her character and able to open up. Her style of comedy is not for everyone, but she seems like a chill person..

I'm black British and Amelia works because her humour is typically very dry/sarcastic like a lot of Brit comedy, it's who she is and she actually knows who tf shes interviewing, she does it better.

I think it's all a joke that's supposed to be so uncomfortable and cringe that you can't help wanting to see or hear more... but it's not landing right to a lot of people. All acts need to land right or they don't work. If too much explaining is necessary to make half the people understand the persona then the joke has flopped.
