You should’ve showed the players DEV traits between player 1 and 2. I want to know if that also played a factor in one of them upgrading faster than the other I’ve played dynasty and had a player I didn’t use at all jump a WR who won WR of the year

One big tip i figured out the hard way is if your winning awards and having break out season but only going up 1 or 2 points it's because the players skills are capped meaning you can have 100 skill points but cant use then it the ratings boxes are gray with a slash so i figured out that development trait is not gonna give you a certain overall but instead it gives you more xp think of development trait as more of a better learning process for the player to earn more xp than a normal player but will not gurantee the overall so......(stay with me) i have an elite player te who wont go above 88 amd a star wr who won't go above 79 but have am impact qb who is currently a 96 and with many wasted coach points i figured out in architect your able to change that by purchase the increase random skill cap wen player upgrade only thing is it's for each position and it's level 2 so you need at least to buy architect and have 16 points to do so..... But also it means you can get a normal or at least impact to at least 90 overall if you utilize him allot like i do with my qb.....anyway hope it makes alil sense cuz idk why nobody is talking about this or explaining it but you are the first video ive seen adress it so thought id try and help so nobody has to see a 6'6 99 speed wr who wins awrds and break out season but stay a 79 for 4 years lol i had to force feed that hoe cuz he couldn't catch for shit thinking he's gonna be a monster just to find out he was capped out on stats his second year .... the disappointment i had after training results ....i had to sit down with him and encourage him to transfer he didn't take football serious like his coach lmao😂

My main is recruiter but I’m level 49 coach and I have most of all the important motivator skill trees now and I’m seeing massive ratings boosts. Have a RS Frosh MLB that is 95. Had 3 back 2 back 2 back #1 classes and signed close to 30 five stars in that span and looked earlier and I have around 15 players with the elite dev trait and these players ratings are wild considering how young they are. My team is absolutely loaded. Now if I can just keep an OC from leaving for the NFL or the Bama HC position I will be straight. My DC main is recruiting but he’s high level too. My new OC isn’t great but his main is motivator so hoping I can keep the ratings boost to keep being super high.

How do I apply these points? My wr has 13 or so and I can’t figure how to apply the points to upgrade his attributes

I max out talent developer except kickers and it helps too

I’m just tired of getting 4 star recruits that are 79 ovr but capped out at 81 overall, I get not every player can be like a 95 but damn at least let me get him to a 90. First season has 1,400 yards and 12 touch downs freshman season and didn’t go up now 3 season in and he’s still a 81

Idk what happened but a freshman TE , didnt play his first year Offseason went from a 78 to a 91 Friends think im cheating , no clue how it happened

The catch (no pun intended) is its harder to get those stats with freshmen because they have worse attributes

Motivator getting the xp boost in the off-season is a big difference.

I honestly am speechless. Players with Elite or Star Dev can develop at the same pace as Normal or impact players. Dev really means shit outside of abilities. I just went 16-0 won the Natty had my Star Dev QB throw for 6000 yards and 65 TDs. And in offseason training. My backup Normal Dev who has never taken one snap is the same overall as my QB that just won the Heisman and put up the best passing season ever. Oh yeah and my backup is Normal Dev. It literally is making no sense. I wish they just used the same system they had with NCAA 14. I've been playing for weeks at this point. At least i finally somewhat grasp recruiting. I also just went 16-0 like i said and the whole entire season i didn't get any coaching upgrade points. Not 1. This shit is confusing

My Alex orgi is a 74 ovr with 50 skill points and nothing pops up no stats or anything

Do Development Traits ever increase? Like can a Normal Dev player go up to Star player if they have a monster season, statistically?

Do players ern skill points to spend from awards or are they automatically boosted. For example my freshman QB won the heisman and I just progressed to the next season and he only jumped up 3.

Can players develop abilities in a dynasty? Feel like most recruits hardly have any at all like the spin cycle one etc.

You can change the name ,weight , height, and gear in dynasty -Just go to view roster -view player card -more -edit player From that screen you can also up grade your players if they got skill points thank me later 😂😂

My qb has 15 skill points. Enough for any rating boost but i can’t apply them

Do you manually upgrade the player or does it do automatically?

So you just get stats and stuff with a player you want to upgrade so they get the points

Is there Weight Gain in this game? With the College Strength and Conditioning Programs, rarely will a Freshman remain the same Weight up to their Junior or Senior Year. Especially, in the case of Trench Players.

I just wish there was an option to manually upgrade cause players leave inna draft as a junior if they're good enough & multiple bye weeks w no upgrade choices but offseason 🥲
