Some of the Chao in the Chao Garden are pretty glitchy in the Chao Karate. In this video we address the issues facing Neutral Chaos Chao, Hero Chaos Chao, Sumo Chao and Neutral Swim/Run Chao.

Sonic Adventure 2 (Japanese: ソニックアドベンチャー2 Hepburn: Sonikku Adobenchā Tsū?) is a platform video game developed by Sonic Team USA and published by Sega for the Dreamcast console and the last Sonic game to be released for a Sega console and is a sequel to 1998's Sonic Adventure. It was released in North America, Europe, and Japan in June 2001 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Sonic the Hedgehog series. The game was ported to the Nintendo GameCube and re-titled Sonic Adventure 2 Battle (ソニックアドベンチャー2 バトル Sonikku Adobenchā Tsū Batoru?), with brand-new features as well as minor changes in the level design. The original game and content from Battle was released in high-definition on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade in October 2012. A version for Microsoft Windows was released in November 2012.
The game takes place after the events of its predecessing game: Sonic Adventure. The series antagonist Doctor Eggman releases Shadow the Hedgehog, who joins Eggman and treasure hunter Rouge the Bat to steal the seven Chaos Emeralds. The game's story focuses on the protagonists Sonic the Hedgehog, Knuckles the Echidna and Miles "Tails" Prower as they attempt to stop Eggman and Shadow from collecting the Chaos Emeralds.

I suspect this happens because the big hitboxes are clipping through the stage and touching the floor, which triggers a ring-out. In turn, a ring-out triggers a teleport outside the ring to prevent chao clipping through the stage at any point (the teleport happens even on legitimate ring-outs, but it's harder to notice)

Hey it's me! Its nice to see some more tests out there confirming this. I was mistaken with the swim run, i think i meant the full swim chao, but basically its any chao with a very long head. My guess with the dark chaos chao is that the back of the chao head tapers to the side so much that the back doesn't end up glitching. The REALLY crazy thing is that I think it will happen even if the Chao is wearing a hat (a beanie in my tests). Which makes zero sense haha

I wonder if hats just replace the visual texture without affecting the actual hitbox of the chao's head.....

i noticed it only happens when an attack is dodged aswell. it seems that the hit is saved for the next time a chao actually is getting a hit and is applied well the animation is playing past the frames where it would register a dodge.

You would probably already have all the medals if you acquire a Chaos chao legitimately. It takes 2 full lifespans.

@@nifegun I've done an all-S chaos chao on a physical Gamecube before. No mods, but I did use resets to speed up the breeding, and once I had an all-S chao, I stuck down the action button with Blu-Tac to pet them overnight whilst they aged up (but were unable to evolve whilst I slept). After two nights, I was able to evolve into a chaos chao: But I didn't stop there. I threw the chao that was ready to evolve into the transporter and cloned him twice by using the power-off glitch when transferring to a second memory card. I then had three all-S chao that were immediately ready to evolve. I changed their alignments to have all three chaos chao. The whole process took less than a week.

Hey man, have you ever tried to open sa2 just for it to need a "net framework" update just for it to not be able to download said update? And you can't even run the launcher?
