Fed Officials unanimously decided to leave the target range for the benchmark federal funds rate at 5.25% to 5.5% - where it’s been since July - following a slew of data that pointed to lingering price pressures in the US economy. Government's job is to print money (for EVs, wars, etc). FED jobs is to make sure the resulting inflation is limited to a rate of 2% per year. Basically they want to boil the frog slowly to avoid mass panic. They're doing good job, $34,000,000,000,000 in debt and rising.

If April CPI comes in above 3.5% then July is off the table. We won't be seeing a rate cut until ATLEAST September if any.

Big business can't do anything without the little man or small business. Even big business started out small. Yet, the real problem is your government, can't get people their money in a timely fashion, due to all the hoops, policies, laws, and ignorance, of course that's involved in moving money. Just to add, research and development along with manufacturing is struggling, especially without money/funds moving around when needed.
