I live in the US and I have met some nice Americans but the ones who acted jealous towards me were the African Americans, as soon as I told them about my achievements, they became salty. I told them about my educational background and the countries I have toure. I had worked for 11yrs in Nigeria and made so much money, traveled the world plus I already have 2 degrees 1 Associate, I am chattered Insurance and 4 Microsoft certification. They just hated me also I dress well . I was so shocked and disappointed because I was looking forward to bonding with my sisters on this side.

@@marconistcyr As a South African we have 11 official languages, our accents are different and we usually pronounce some words using a the same tones as our mother tongue and the words sometimes sound different from the English pronunciation hence you hear somebody who isn't from south Africa asking some fellow south Africans to repeat what they are saying... By a good accent I mean I didn't have to struggle in hearing what they were saying.... hope that helps :)
