I think from a perspective of innovation and engineering the car is great. But have a look at the back car. It looks terrible... Like a worse version of the new corvette. It looks like a cheap chinese sports car. I don't get why they don't put some effort in the appearance of such an expensive car

I think they tried a different approach with the rear design and i dont know if you’ve seen them irl but it looks insanely good in person. I have zero clue what people even think of when they compare the 812 or SF90 to corvette. Just because this car has square rear lights doesnt mean its a corvette. They are on an entirely different league both in looks and engineering. The last country i’d criticize on design is italy. Trust me.

@@ege5804 I've never heard about people comparing the 812 to the corvette. But the comparison of the corvette and the SF90 is pretty accurate. They don't look the same. But they look too similar for having that price difference. I'm not generally against Ferrari. They did well in the last years with the Monza SP1 and SP2, as well as with the 812 Superfast and TDF. But they are not the brand that they once were. Porsche and some of the upcoming electric brands like Rimac and Nio totally surpassed Ferrari. The financial statements are proof enough

@@kommentierenderkommentator2572 i still genuinely think it has nothing thing to do with a Corvette C8. They are still doing amazing stuff like soaking 800 horsepower from a V6 isnt really cake walk. Or the general engineering that went for SF90 is just mindblowing. Rimac is an electric car and honestly, it’s only party piece is having almost 2000 horsepower. That’s pretty much what EV Supercars are about. Straight line speed and absolutely nothing else. Not even a sound which is just boring beyond possible belief. I do agree tho. Ferrari isnt the Ferrari back when they had the F40, 550, 355 or back when they did stuff like LaFerrari, F12, 458 and 488. They are currently busy with satisfying high value customers which is extremely annoying. The “limited edition” stuff aint cutting it anymore.

I think yall missed the point... ferrari named this sf90 because as the real one it breaks barriers from what people think is a good and fast cars and sets a new step and benchmark for supercars.

If you can afford the Rimac, get the Rimac, but given the Ferrari is 1/3rd of the price (or less) I'd say you might be getting diminishing returns!

That’s where the fun is! For me, accelerating in a straight line is a bit boring by comparison!

Ferraris are made for tracks so it's way mor fun driving in a curvy road than a straight line, there is a famous street near Modena in Italy where Ferrari tests its cars that has plenty of curves. On the other hand I guess american cars such as mustangs are made to drive in stright lines and/ or for drag races
