Your vocation is a married man. Massive responsibility. You’ve been given the right and responsibility to serve physically , financially, and spiritually… You’re blessed… I know I wouldn’t give that up. Fickle means wishy washy. We have a job. Let’s continue to do it brother. 🗣️

My dear brother in Christ, the 3rd Order was created for everyone that is in the world, including married people. If I'm not mistaken, I think it started bc of a married man. So you can join. 🎉

35 year old and trying hard to resist temptation and grow in holiness in this corrupt world. Must stay focused in Jesus and Mary. It’s not easy to practice holiness and virtue. But we must persevere. Praise be Jesus and Mary

I think I want to become a 3rd order. Maybe not necessarily a traditional Franciscan of Friar's group but something. It is scary to think about though. It is one thing to deny the world for a little while. 40 days isn't so bad because we have Easter at the end. But to do it for your whole life gives me pause. I'll make the plunge eventually. Blessed be God, forever!
