what an inspiring documentary, what a happy moments for these girls when they are playing in the sport events. May Allah bless them and give them strength to fight all odds.
I resonate with this story a lot. I myself entered the hearing world at 5 y.o. with good speech therapy and a voracious learning appetite, I do good. Hamdillah!
They are doing amazing work most of them educated aware their rights, and it's take time to educate others and work for rights have opportunities in ground level. I hope other organizations make awareness and help them as much as they can. May Allah bless them.

Hats off to the foundation working for Specially abled children, I'm so happy for the management trying hard to make their education possible in the Baltistan Region. Thank you DW for this wonderful documentary ❤. How can I contact the foundation?
Mashallah sister..I come from the same region as you and I understand the social stigma around differently abled people. However, you emerged as a beacon of hope for these children and you have enlightened and transformed so many lives so far.We appreciate your unwavering commitment, determination and indomitable will to rid our society of the darkness of ignorance with the light of hope, education and wisdom.

I can't even imagine how it feels to not be able to communicate, let alone not having a feeling of identity and being discriminated by your own parents for something you have no control over. It's so important that we look outside of our own world and the things we take for granted every day and help those who aren't that lucky. Thank you for making this documentary and giving this cause a voice. 🙏
Great Documentary but I would request the DW and The Director to add my name in the end credits as I gave the voice over in this documentary . Time line 29:37 to 30:32 . Regards
But schools do not exist in deserts, sure. Second, the inequality gaps in America are far higher and unrecorded than here. Women are mistreated in West, face discrimination and inequality in pay and income. First address your issues then document our life in Pakistan.
wow the place you showed in the beginning is the area were I have been living since 2006 It's Sundus area located near Indus River Skardu And the institution you show is the Allama Iqbal Open University campus
I believe in equal rights for everyone. What about equal rights for women in Gaza, DW? How about Saudi Arabia? How about many countries in Africa? DW expends far too much energy and resources criticizing Western civilization because it's politically correct and there are no consequences. Try criticizing most of the truly authoritarian governments in the world and tell us how that works out for you. The Western media is cowardly and pathetic.
@@HeatherBoo916 DW makes great documentaries and does some very good reporting. But they are EXTREMELY biased and prone to political correctness and societal pressures. For example, China, India and parts of Eastern Europe pollute our environment much more than Western nations. They are toxic nightmares. But who gets the majority of negative reporting from DW? Western nations. Women and minorities in many parts of Africa and many Muslim countries are treated poorly. I've lived in several nations and have seen it with my own eyes. Western women should be thankful to live in Europe or North America. But many are not because Westerners are constantly being bashed by biased outlets like DW.
@jeffhatmaker817 do you really see it that way? I've watched almost all their documentaries and I don't see it that way at all. Funny how two people can watch the same things and see it so different. I, as a western woman, have lived in a few different places including a year on peshawar Pakistan, so I also have seen the world.
@@HeatherBoo916 Do a Google search on abuse of Filipino and Indonesian maids in almost any of the prosperous Middle East countries. It's rampant and agregious. Where's the outcry from Western feminists? 80% of the females illegally crossing the southern US border were sexually assaulted while making the journey, and not by Western men. Google it. Again, where's the feminists? Many women are still being circumcised, and not by Western men. Many women are still forced into marriages, and not by Western fathers. I could continue for several pages. This information is readily available for anyone with curiosity. But my experience with left-leaning people is they are not curious about facts that oppose their ideological agenda.
DW making hit pieces like this on third world countries all the while ignoring the imminent banning of AFD party Ignoring the migrant crisis and helping the establishment keep on with their plan
You need a boarder view of the world. While I understand your concern and wish the best to German people, I also appreciate these people in this film working hard for their people and wish the best for them too. Who's gives love deserves love.
Marxists have taken over the institutions of the media, education, mainstream Christianity (conservative and liberal), law, and finance, same in all western countries
