This case has absolutely6 nothing to do with water whatsoever. The remains Twitchell (sp?) placed in the sewer were later found in that same place, they hadn't been washed away, they weren't in water + therefore any claim that water played any significant part in this case is a nonsense. Even if it did, so what???? Water, or no water, it really is meaningless + it all comes about because producers of these shows feel they have to justify the re-telling of these stories, they don't, but they obviously feel they need to. Every true crime series has some 'theme' which very often is totally lost on the viewer, who isn't interested in the theme of which there are many. Cases solved by women, linked to a specific movie, linked to the desert, there are many yet they all share the one same quality of being meaningless, having no point at all, but it can, however, be the justification for a true crime series which people seem to think they need. I enjoyed this episode + the account of this case, the attempt to fit the theme wasn't necessary + only proves my point, nothing else. Just tell the stories, enough of all these excuses, that's all they are, excuses to tell the stories, excuses you don't need. Popularity of the genre is the only excuse you need, there's no need to tie yourself to some ridiculous idea, or other, some commonality they may, or may not exist, + either way leaves the same question: So what, who the hell cares?!?!? Just tell the stories, never mind the other stuff, the gimmicks, just tell the stories.
@davidwoermansr
@davidwoermansr 2 года назад
It was a storm drain not a sewer and most the remains washed away that only gets water from rain and snow melt so there was water just not constant like a sewer would've been
@sihammer7942
@sihammer7942 2 года назад
@@davidwoermansr Thanks for that, of course there was water, + the remaining evidence wasn't in it or it would have been washed away with the rest. At about the 5:45 point of this video, it was revealed that the then missing person hadn't entered U.S. airspace, which then led to the absolutist conclusion that he couldn't have traveled to Costa Rica. I know that the most-direct routes would've taken him over the continental U.S. (likely going thru either the Denver or Chicago/O'Hare hubs) and then over Mexico or even the Gulf, but is it feasible that he could've taken a less-direct route via Vancouver, BC and over the eastern Pacific, bypassing U.S. airspace entirely? Do such routes even exist?
