MashAllah my 3.5 year old came to watch this with me and he asked me why this brother was so sad. I aske him if he was enjoying the lecture and he said yes but its because mommy watches them. mashAllah. What I would love to see from a group of young guys like yourselves is something that young kids can watch and grasp. MashAllah my boy seems very receptive to adult conversation but not things that he may not understand quite yet. I know there are things like "Zakys" which is great but its very important for young children to not have to rely on cartoons and puppets for entertainment but rather understand that education is obtained sometimes by merely sitting and listening to a man speak. Young children are encouraged to attend the Musjid and learn but for many stay at home mothers with full time working husbands jummah may be the only opportunity one gets. Maybe even a "Young Adult" series of some sort. If we can educate and grab a hold of our 7-14 year olds than this Ummah has a better shot at increasing in sound knowledge and not falling towards the path of this dunya. In sha Allah Seven is when they say young children should start their education and prayer etc but unfortunately many people leave this age gap put because weve been cultured to think they are still to childish. May Allah help us to educate our children for a more righteous future ummah. Ameen
