Interestingly in the post show they said (regarding Crota’s End) they’re turning the dial up on contest mode / raid difficulty so they can get it right in time for The Final Shape. I’m definitely ready for Crota’s End to be difficult, please. Though I’m still 6 years later a bit salty over the removal of the troll Shrieker death bolts. I am concerned about skating tech in the first section, but I do hope you can’t pull players, so it’s better to help everyone through. (Or some other method to not trivialize Lamps section.)
Me too. I went conquers that whole year. Got the every emblem and got day 1 nezerac. This is all just flash and noise. I need to see the physical proof. Not giving my money up that easily
Forsaken came out almost 5 years ago and gave us 3 new supers per class. 10 year finale. 1 per class. Wild. Blew my mind is right.... it blew my mind that they ACTUALLY thought this was a good idea.

yeah but that was my only one of 2 exception if they didn't say red death, ((or a new subclass, witch there isnt)) i would of been out. but ya gotta understand red death is my fav exotic in all of destiny , i don't expect anyone else to buy this dlc just for that gun, but for me, since i have a strong tie to that gun, ill get it, might be a dumb reason but its my reason, its something ive been asking for year's since the start of d2, i hated crimson and always wanted red death... The “might not be enough” is eluding to one of the leaks where we won’t be able to defeat the witness in the raid, and in fact will defeat it in the final 8 mission which (i think) will be some sort of 12 man mission (like i said unsure)

Been wanting an Axe for a heavy for a good few years. Specifically the Iron Axe. Not to mention that they deserve the same treatment Swords got. By that I mean going from relic to weapon.
I'm already thinking it's going to be a rollout like before. Could be wrong. What I did notice though is those happened to be some of the first supers back from D1 when each class only had 2/3 of the options. In later DLC's Titan's got Solar, Hunters got Void, and Warlocks got Arc.

Probably a safe bet that's the case considering the last two subclasses had a year in between. Plus it's an enticing way to draw interest in the player base hoping onto the episodes era

My hype is all gone, I really don’t care for any of this. Witch queen was so good but light fall was such a disappointment. They should of just combined light fall and final shape to make a massive content drop, but this looks worse than forsaken honestly
It was just the standard "we really are taking on a new vision with this". "The players deserve better". "We want to do something new and exciting" that all these reveals/trailers have. Not just for Destiny, but most games. How bout some ACTUAL details. This will end up being more empty promises, like usual. Happy to be wrong, but I wouldn't get my hopes too high.

Another overpriced 1 year season of undelivered promises. I'm not ordering this. They are trying to remake Destiny 1 and play with players emotions this will be tragic.
Some people say that Destiny 2 sucked for a while. Now we know they were super busy on the future and the present got less attention. This makes up for it!
