It's funny how players complain about Heavy's new features not being "fair and balanced" despite Light having the finest "no u" mechanics. What's even more absurd is that Light hasn't been fair since the game's launch.
The issue is the skill gap and how easy it is to bridge it with heavy. Just pick up a flame thrower, hammer, or m60 and you can easily spam and kill lights with ease. The reason light looks so OP is because using stuff like the bow is hard to master and requires good aim. One slip up as a light just guarantees your death if you’re facing the flamethrower (which basically decimates you in 1 second even if the person using it is dogshit)
@@RetroSpectral76but the thing is in season 3 with LMG nerfs heavy is CQC class now but lights weapons shred on any distance (sawed off is exception ofcourse). If you position yourself for heavy to "spam" you with his peashooters you are even worse then average heavy player. Light need good aim to be good at? Please. There's a reason he's a glass cannon. His guns have higher body ttk than any other gun in the game with HS only ttk. You can't "slip" up as light, this class has the most bs in the game to get out of jail free. The only high skill ceiling class in this beautiful game is med. No bs, just pure mechanical skill
@@spaghetti1535you very much can slip up with light. Have you ever played light? Even the meta light weapons have very limited ammo reserves meaning you HAVE to hit your shots. Don’t get me wrong, light is good ONLY if you hit your shots. Incredibly good. That’s the whole point. His TTK is fast cause his weapons UNLOAD their ammo very quickly, which means if you hit your shots you hit a lot of them. If you miss, you miss A LOT of them, and then you’re cooked. Also, have you ever tried using the non-meta light weapons? Knife is one of the most rewarding but challenging weapons in the game because you have to master the unique placement playstyle. Just like IRL, if you can’t get within 20 feet of your enemy playing knife you will most likely die unless you have nearby cover. So you learn to sneak, you learn cloak timing. You learn, no, MEMORIZE the backstab hitbox. It’s a lot of effort for a lot of reward. Also MEDIUM being the only skilled class? You have gotta be trolling aint no way. The dual swords are (while eventually easier to deal with after a while) SUCH A PAIN. Even when you figure out how to kill the usually unskilled MW3-riot-shield-level players, they’re still just kind of frustrating to see and completely brain dead. The rest of the medium arsenal is alright to good- and the medium abilities are very simple and don’t require much more thought than “turret here” or “its time to pocket my heavy again”.
@EBOLAtugfeTV “no u” doesn’t mean unfair, it just means punishing. A good light can be beaten, it just means a watchful eye and knowing when to play it safer rather than guns blazing, this is always how light has been countered.
@@hwyadoin_alt "limited ammo reserves" ah yes i forgot that med amd heavy are using infinite ammo, my bad. Every class has to hit their shots what are you on about? I'm talking about ttk my guy an light's ttk is through the roof. About missing shots say to to LH1 lol. Knife is challenging? With this game melee hotboxes? Are we even playing the same game? Learning unique play... Alright that's just getting ridiculous. All i see in your replies is that you're light main and you didn't like my takes about your favorite class. It's hard to swallow but light IS bs... at 1 v 1. In team composition it will 90% of the time suck ass
