Honestly the season started out promising but EA and respawn must’ve thought there was too much fun

The colors are so vibrant, the game looks realistic but cartoonish at the same time, the animation at the intro and end of every match is super hype, the cosmetics are great, especially some weapon skins like the cartridge gunner, the pencil dagger, the goddamn scissors as throwing knives, there's a skin that after you kill an enemy, it prints their name on a receipt and you can inspect it, the laser pistol etc etc. All those weapons have unique inspects and reloads that are already miles better than the weapon skins of Apex for example and closer to something like Valorant I'd say. Idk man it's too much stuff to type and impossible to explain but the game has a certain Je ne sais qoui that it's so nice.

I played in the beta and part of s1 but I quit because lack of content but this new season looks promising i bet the player count is only gonna increase from now on

​@@il804I think every LTM they've had so far has had a set of challenges that you can complete to unlock cosmetics. Off the top of my head I remember that being the case for the cowboy LTM and the heavy solos LTM. They also had a free cat sweater and I think something for Valentine's Day? So there's a good mix of things to unlock for F2Ps.

I'm in love with 5v5 tbh. Super fun. It's always gonna be better with friends, but 5v5 I can enjoy even by myself. That was my biggest issue with the game prior to this season, all the modes were awful when solo queueing.

I don't think we NEED traditional game modes but having the option couldn't hurt
