You injured your calf during PT it sounded like. Were you also injured at scene, or was the PT injury it?

It popped walking up the steep driveway. Just kept getting worse as things wound down. Only a guess the calf workout from earlier tightened it up. I didn’t get any warm up reps at the fire, though. Ha! More embarrassing than anything else hobbling around after. Thanks for asking!
