Charlie is not only good at “the little touches”…I think it is called ‘the finer touches’, he also has an eye for design, such as what blends/matches with what as well as how to place stuff in a way that creates a design rather than look messy!

Besides taking care of the account of the house and managing and running theirs airbnb.I believe they recently bought the second propriety, and he takes care of the renovations too. He went to advertising school if i'm not mistaken but left the office to work with josie.

In Greece we also do fried cord in the exact same way, but we combine it with Skordalia (a thick puree with bread, garlic, walnuts and more). It's SO YUMMY! I used to live in England and the fish and chips from the chippy was one of my favourites. I now live in Canada and although they do “fish and chips” they are definitely not the same. Can’t beat fish and chips wrapped in newspaper from the Kent coast and sitting overlooking the sea and eating them…. 😋

I ordered the Fortnum & Mason tree Advent calendar. I will save it for next year and hope I can come up with clues and surprises as good as Charlie's He clearly has put a lot of thought into it It is currently 22F and we now have snow. i live in the N US and I too have several layers on with much colder weather coming this week-they say an Arctic blast!!!

If you have pillar candles that are on a timer you could still put those on the stairs on the side of the railing so it has light but not lights woven into the the actual flowers. I would suggest not every stay just every few and in a cluster then its just very romantic and you would have to get very very close to see that they are not real. They make some with real candle wax as well

Absolutely agreedy😃, their fish & chips in Stow are super tasty, Dela Hays in Bourton used to Tops but sadly closed in the pandemic. The snow in Bourton meant I was stranded for 5 days but the rain has finally melted it, it was utterly stunning especially in the glorious sunshine. Bon apetit!

A visiting American to Australia once told me that America doesn't make fish and chips like we do. He loved the fish and chips here and it's a pretty common food outing choice.
Passing on a helpful hint from a professional designer who also has a RU-vid channel, Rebecca Robeson / Kinwoven. (BTW she’s fabulous and not only does she do incredible homes for her clients but has years of spectacular Christmas decorating videos!) On to the tip... Find the center of your garland and tie a piece of ribbon or put tape or whatever to designate the center. Untangle and stretch out the lights and find the center point and tie a ribbon or tape at the center. Match up the two center point ribbons and work in the lights down each half of the garland and they should be easier to get even distribution. If incredibly long and cumbersome you can repeat the process and find the center points of each half... whatever helps. After everything is evenly lit and draped, don’t forget to remove the ribbon or tape markers! 😉☺️😊 And yes, in the U.S. you can find very similar “fish and chips”. Some are very comparable to the fish and chips I had in London, but there are also some that can’t hold a candle to London’s. Just like most restaurant food, it all depends on where you go and who’s in the restaurant kitchen doing the cooking. 👩🏻🍳👨🏻🍳🤷🏻♀️ I know snow can sometimes make getting around complicated but the vlogmas footage has had such a beautiful and festive feeling seeing everything blanketed in snow! The footage has really been dreamy! Since road crews have you trapped at home, I bet you can find all sorts of beautiful spots to get great shots in your garden or within walking distance! You have some incredible views surrounding you! Or maybe on another gorgeous day before the snow melts! 😍
