Had the same experience with my father and his third wife. If you decide to bring children in the world, and separate from their mother, or father whichever the case. Be the child's parent. Don't abandoned them because the other person says life is better without the child around.
I can appreciate his honesty and as one of the very best metal fabricators next to me. All these negative comments are on here from people no ones ever heard of. Keep on doing what you love the most, fab work
This interviewer is one of a teeny-tiny minority of great interviewers. Why? He asks good simple questions then let's the guest speak! So many shitty hosts just love the sound of their own voice. This guy has skill and control!
@@PR4470 Jesse was one of, if not the first, custom bike builders to feature a BLACK dude on one of his bikes that were featured on the cover of Easy Rider magazine. He took a ton of shit for it, but stood his ground and insisted on it anyway. So yeah, racist? I think not. Stop reading and believing tabloid media nonsense as if it were fact, jackass.
I have always admired Jesse James and his truthful outlook on life, makes me wonder if he realizes that he has an amazing positive outlook on not just the younger people but those that love him as a craftsman. His stories have proven that you can go through tough times, get through it and be stronger for it and still be a success He’s the kind of guy that you wish you would of grew up with..! My oldest niece gave me a yellow Harley and even though I was grateful for it I hated the color, I would give anything to have Jesse redo it in black for me. Knowing that he hates yellow
I understand the young man’s hurt and pain of being accused of doing something bad that he did not do. It is devastating. That pain can morph into poorly managed rage. Totally normal. I like this man. He’s courageously honest. Integrity is his core value.
Tiocfaidh ár lá - NO NO No! not “Like” this bruh... we don’t sound the same as him. He’s saying “Like” a insane amount. He “Like” Definitely sounds “Like” a valley “Like” Girl. ( Like Totally forsure - ewwww )
That’s a really sad story. If I had kids and I was a single father I’d believe my son or daughter over my spouse. Because even though I don’t have any kids at this time in my life I am smart enough to know that kids come first.
Weird how two of the greatest interviewers in the business right now are both named Graham (Bensinger & Norton) personally I like Norton a tad bit more but GB isn’t far behind. Love them both.
I could always relate to jesse James could tell the man had to much shit passed doen on home and he always shared but this all goes to show there are reasons people have some problems that stems from there younger years
He dated wonder woman’s daughter, god father was Barry from storage wars. Married America’s sweetheart later in life, then got with kat Von D, I never had a hero until now
Eric James, president of the James Preservation Trust, which tracks claims of being a relative of the outlaw, says it cannot find a record of him in the family tree, and has asked him to provide a family genealogy and DNA sample for the trust to review; he has not provided the requested information. Chill, everyone who grew up in Southern California during his time period talks like that to some extent. I'm sure people from whatever region you live in say some derpy shit, too, Chief.
If could be him, come on just trade me in. All the People who hates on him have a good Background they just don´t get it how hard it is to grow up in a sitiuation like this.
Amen..most people don't understand what it's like to be a kid and have to steal to eat,to be laughed at because you're got ratty clothes in school,to come home and not have water and electricity because your family is too poor to afford paying the Ridiculous amounts utility companies charge..I had a Great Mom,she didn't ever drink or do a drug Ever when I was a kid, worked her ass off for Years Alot of times with 3 or more jobs and maybe an hour or two of sleep a day but the cost of living even in the late 70s and 80s was ruff...now it's even worse and I'm a single Father of 3 girls and sometimes IDK how I'm gonna do it...I just keep moving forward...
Yeah, not everyone gets to grow up in a normal family and have a "Leave It To Beaver" childhood. People like that rarely understand others who didn't get the golden childhood.
Barry did what Barry did. Is Jesse supposed to lie and make some other BS story about why he ended up like he did? Jesse told the truth. Besides, It's not like no one knew about Barry's dealings or anything.
That's the best interview. Open ended question or statement and let the person talk. People aren't here to hear the interview. They are here to hear Jesse.
So many people hating on JJ,Idk why,he's just a person trying to make his way in a Really fked up world..and Every one of these petty bitches act like they Never crossed anyone, they did Everything perfectly and never fked anything up or hurt anyone..which makes them all Boldface Liars, let he who has never sinned cast the first stone...the important part is that just like most people he kept TRYING to do the right thing and live an Honorable Life,to be a Better Father,Husband,Son,and just that is a Very worthwhile pursuit and life well spent and I can tell you from First Hand experience that you have to have a Cutthroat side cause in business and and some personal parts of life people will try to knock you down and take EVERYTHING they can get then forget your name a day after they've Jacked you for Everything they can...it's so easy to pass judgement from a keyboard but when you Really look at it that says so much more about Self than the person you judge...
My step mother destroyed me and my fathers relationship years ago. Its so bad at this point in time the next time i see him will probably be at his funeral. The wicked witch from the west that ruined a father and sons bond-she has cancer now so that is karma doing its way on her,and i hope she passes away before my dad does, then i might get a chance to make up for the last few lost years.
I am older now and have lost both my parents, many friends and family members. My advices is to do the right thing and speak to your dad as soon as you can. If not you will have to live with regrets the rest of your life. I have found regrets are the worst as there is no way to fix them. Being the bigger person is always hard but I have never regretted being that person. I wish you the best. Take care.
This interview is filled with subtle gems. I'm not sure how this Bensinger character gets everyone to open up as much as they do, but whatever he's doing it sure works. The best parts are at ~ 5:15 when JJ is wrapping up a story about leaving his father as a kid saying "I packed up my stuff and I was gone!" hoping to leave it at that, and with no time wasted, Bensinger: "Where'd you go?" the answer sort of forcefully deflating the story by removing any sort of mysterious allure it had, which I found comedic. Then the next right at the end when JJ is talking about his 'new' family, Bensinger: "So that kept you on the straight and arrow?" JJ: "I think so..." in a tone implying he agrees, then thinks for a second "....well" now implying he doesn't because he's totally remembering whatever shit he got in to during that time. Priceless!
There's quite a decent sized gap between wall studs, fella, and it takes next to nothing to crash through drywall. His story is definitely possible. I once tossed one of my sister's ex boyfriends halfway through a dining room wall like that. His left arm, shoulder, and head went between the studs and all the way through both sheets on drywall into the adjoining room.
I think he needs to see a shrink. At least he knows how to admit his mistakes, but he surely needs a therapy. Maybe his childhood wasn't that normal, that somewhere there there was something that affected him permanently. He isn't supposed to be judged, he badly needs counselling. I hope he realizes that before he does something he will regret for the rest of his life.
Jesse James is appealing to many people because of his outsider attitude. The guy doesn't tolerate failure even in his own life. He is driven and that is his genius... The guy always seems like he is on edge but that is his personality.... Therapy is overrated
