At first I couldn’t tell much of a difference between the ps5 remastered and the PS4 version but as soon as he starts swinging in the ps5 version it looks like a legit movie.

Crazy how watching the beginning of this is bringing back such fond memories and it wasn't even that long ago that it came out for PS4...

The graphics is really really amazing. Especially the lighting and reflection. It's almost real life.

The transition between cutscene and gameplay at the beginning never gets old.

as someone who has mastered the combat in this game, I feel offended watching this played by someone who looks like a beginner :(

The minute he started swinging I approved the new face. It’s still Spidey. That’s why Spiderman is so special.

The game as a whole looks way better but that Peter face is so off and bad we all loved the original face nobody even complained

There's something that annoyed me about the original game that I hope they fixed in the remaster. Say you started a new game plus while wearing a different suit. Peter would still change into his classic suit during the opening cutscene, then magically change into the suit you had on when he jumps out the window. Likewise, regardless of which suit you wore for your entire playthrough, Peter still wears the advanced suit during the ending cutscene even if you never wore that one. It's little details like this that bug the crap out of me when they're ignored.

This was my first time seeing anything about Spider-Man remastered. I was kind of taken back by Peter's appearance being changed. Thought I was going crazy for a second. Lol

I love how when he jumps out of the window and starts swinging the new lighting really makes it look like early morning with the sun just starting to rise since his phone said 8:05 a.m and in the original while still looking amazing it looked a bit more like it was mid day

The opening intro for this new Marvel's Spider-man PS5 remastered is still a masterpiece and epic to me because I've played thi on PS4 and I want to play this again in PS5.

Nothing beats Spidey maguire, he really is a SPIDER man, no tech suit, no fake webs.

*Here's the thing. I know a lot of you don't like the new face model for Peter. I get it. But the old Peter face didn't have any personality. I thought that when I first saw the reveal years ago. It looked like the generic face you start with using a "Create-a-character" This new model does look a bit like Tom Holland, but the face has character, and looks like a real person. Personally, I don't mind the change. I do admit it looks kind of odd next to Miles, because they appear to be the same age.*
