The long trip to Ilfracombe saw the rain hammer down for the majority of the match, with players getting caught out in the treacherous conditions, it made for quite an entertaining first half. However, tempers flared in the second 45 and Elmore were reduced to 10 men. This left them to continue the remainder of the half battling an Ilfracombe side that would not let up. Ultimately, the home team prevailed and Elmore look to bounce back at home next week.
