She honestly my main and I'm loving her like crazy. I run cold bloodedness on her and just spamming her skills with so much chill dmg on her weapons as well is crazy to see. Her numbers are insane.
Im rocking ultimate viessa 5 formas so far gonna forma my 6th tomorrow so i can evantualy slot coldbloodness but i dont have it yet u scaling duration for ulti aswell and cd / skill power / chill % ect my ult ticks for 800k-1m with the final explosion i saw 1.8m my Q deals 400/500k my E 350/400k how about you ?@@C2XNightmare
Viessa has 15% crit rate, +123% is only somewhere in the 32-33% skill crit. That's why you aren't critting all the time, i dont think it's possible to hit 100% skill crit rate yet
You could run "Power Increase" over "Tech Master". It would double the skill power on mod. The tech skill power modifier you get basically does nothing because the % is already way too high.
