The enhancement will increase the skill power by 3%. It will not increase the sub attack power. The bottom skill power numbers when equipped are based on the skill power level times the Optimization Condition level. In the OC area, there's always a gun listed. If you do not have that gun equipped, then skill power when equipped will be equal to just skill power. If you do have that gun equipped, it'll be the skill power x140% (rare) or x160% (ultimate). Then, if your descendant has any of the skill types from the power boost ration section, then that number will be boosted even more. Not necessarily. They don't level up, that's true. You can only enhance them twice for a total of 6% improvement before you just have to find a new one. But if you find one where you match all 3 bonus qualifications, it's sometimes worth it. Especially if you're going into a colossus fight where you plan on using skills. I did it a couple of times overall and it's worth it because it's pretty cheap to do.

@@EmmieJacob Gotcha. So far I've been getting so many reactors that I only enhanced one just to see the process. I'm almost at level 100 anyway so I'll wait until then then farm out the max level Reactor I want and fully enhance it

@@ShrockWPS Yeah, you get a ton! But when i got ones where i matched all 3 extra qualifications and liked the bottom extra stuff (extra damage against colossus or whatever), i did enhance those. Enjoy!

@@EmmieJacob Yeah, I had a pretty good one for Lepic that I enhanced and used awhile. Once I realized I couldn't level it like the ultimate weapons though I decided I'll save my resources for max level.

I dont think the levels themselves change anywhere. This just increases the skill points.

Underneath the Skill Power when equipped section? Those are extra buffs that are just specific to the card. I would guess that -0.03x is the better one but not by much. It's such a small amount you probably wouldn't even notice in the field. That means that the amount of MP to use a skill is lowered.

Until you reach hard mode and level 100 reactors I just kept replacing them. I did enhance a few of them, but not many, but only when i matched all 3 bonus pieces (optimization condition & both skill power boost ratios) and I liked the additional rolls at the very bottom. Eventually as i leveled up it would become useless, but it's not too expensive to do and it's nice to hold on to a good one for a while when you can.

@@EmmieJacob what do you do when your level gets a little over your weapon levels? And modules

@@tnyeh I always use the weapon transmission to level up my weapons. I primarily use the Thunder Cage so it's not one i can just find out in the world on a loot. For modules, enhance them with the guy on the west side. I forget his name at the moment.

@@tnyeh Depends. It starts off pretty cheap, so you're good to upgrade a few. Both descendant and weapon mods. I don't do build videos, so i can't help you with which mods to choose b/c depending on what you want to do you might pick different ones. But i'm going to link a video here about skill mods. Be sure to upgrade one of those b/c that'll give you more capacity.
