For anyone who has played Benoit Sokal's Syberia series (Microids), Marianne is almost a dead ringer for Kate Walker. Which makes me love her character immediately. I grew up on point and click adventure games and this really has a nostalgic feel for me personally, at least so far (40 min into the video as I am typing). The duality of the realms also reminds me of my all time favorite game, The Longest Journey (yes, I am old. But it is a timeless classic. Just ignore the turn of the century graphics. April Ryan's story is worth it). Can't wait to see where this story goes. Thanks for playing it for us, SHB! Hoping Marianne joins the ranks of Kate and April as one of my favorite female protags.

This game has such a different mood from Blooper Team's other games. It feels like it's a little toned down thematically and more fantasy based to appeal to a more general audience, and that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's pretty fascinating so far.

I love butterflies too, SHB, haha. Oooh, Marianne liked to speak to ghosts or at least act like she could? ...Though with this game, I have a feeling she can actually talk with ghosts. Maybe she's in-between since she died that day with the gun but she didn't stay dead? 10:24 I find all these red rooms really creepy but that's because usually red means danger to me, haha. The photos don't help even if I know this is a dark room so it'd be weird if there WEREN'T photos everywhere, just makes me think murder photos or stalker for some reason. It's interesting that all the red rooms so far are related to Marianne though... 12:21 Oooh, here we go, Insight! Looks like she can find lost objects, probably if it's something she's looking for or knows what it looks like. 13:09 Must've been interesting to find that out, huh? Relating to the dead and all. I hope he didn't have any regrets or whatever and become a yurei or poltergeist. :'D 18:33 Oh and it shut the door and trashed the place after starting up creepy musical box theme, thanks demon/possibly Jack- 19:06 OH HELLO, LOOKS LIKE WE ARE MEETING JACK IN THE 'OTHERWORLD', I DON'T LIKE THE LOOK OF THAT MASK THO, COULD THAT KINDNESS JUST BE A FARCE, MASK? ...his memory is messed up and he looks like he got head trauma...I think this Jack was the one trashing his own office. For his book so he can do this work, aight, I thought it was because he was mad but nope, he really was just doing some benign stuff. So basically, she helps ghosts find peace, since she knew him this one was easy. Well, I suppose now she had a proper goodbye, somewhat since she just told him to go to sleep instead of actually good bye, but I guess that mask didn't really mean anything bad there. Though, she still had to let him go to cross over and not keep him there like I'm sure she wanted to, so that's why she's still hurt. 22:32 SHE CALLED HIM DADDY OH NO DON'T HURT MY SOUL LIKE THIS-

Seems Long But It's Pretty Reasonable To Me Considering She's An Adult.

Wasn't quite sure what you meant by "dual reality" but twenty minutes in I get it. intriguing.

I fell asleep near the end of this video and had the most bizarre dreams related to it, walking through weird areas just like in the game, and having to solve puzzles, very vivid and creepy stuff.

I have been watching this game. Reminds me of soul reaver for the ps1, that game had 2 realitys where you had to swap to do puzzles or open doors. Its a great mechanic
