i love the way it looks and how it’s such a unique boot, but the price kills it for me cause boots are meant to be worn and beaten up but from the looks of it i think these are definitely for style only, much like designer boots. those soles without stitched midsoles will definitely never beat a pair of actual boots or even timbs. idk, really wanna see @roseanvil dissect these 😂
I would REALLY REALLY be interested in testing these in combat. They are a tactical boots. That’s exactly why they should have been labeled a tactical boot. I’m definitely going to test out that fire starter.
They're starting to grow on me, when you get up close on them they look well made, idk about $300 but I dig the use of materials and design as with most yeezys. Still Gonna pass, I have palladium boots and high tops like kobe 9's I never put on. Besides, these 500 boots will likely resale like the 500 highs, so there's no rush

I would not wear them in uniform since they don’t have composite/safety toe. But I guess it depends on the requirements of the military branch you are in.

I have wide foot and my sizes are 10.5 in 700v2, qntms,380s. 11 in 700 V1, v3, MNVN, 350s. And I wear 10.5 in 500s but I feel it a bit too snug for my personal preference. Tbh I’d cop these tactical boots in 11 to feel a little wiggle room for my toes.
I need the tan ones to drop, i like these but I dont really wear boots much, especially sense im in the army and have to wear them all the time. But i will 100% rock the tan ones to work though For anyone who cases, the military has actually shifted heavily towards shoes like this with a mix of suede and nylon made to be light weight and fit similar to a running shoe. That is because their is such a high focus on running and moving in uniform that being easier to run a few miles or hike a lot of miles in is more important than being a little bit more heavy duty. I want these for when im in my office and would never take them to the field but theyre cool. Also good combat boots regularly go into the $200+ range so theyre not even really that expensive comparatively.
No yeezy boots are waterproof, only up to the midsole. There isn't much breathing room apart from the tongue so they can get very hot in warm climates.

Go half size up just in case. If it's a lil big u can still wear it since its a high boot u can lace them tightly to make up for it. If it's too tight itll hurt.
I have pair. Love they way they feel and look. More fashionable than actual tactical boot. I damaged the nap on one of them and having a hard time finding a cobbler that can repair them.
