Cleo is in Cub territory for diamonds earned. For diamonds mined, and therefore total diamonds, well Cub just picked up another 16,000. But he fires them into the sky forever.

I think my favorite thing about HC X is that they are all playing it for the fun of it. It's like watching major league ball players joining in a neighborhood kids' pick-up game and remembering why they became pros.

It may suck for the organizers. But, I like seeing everyone interact with each other and appreciate the work the other hermits are doing.

Fun fact! The 'wind socky thingies' at Pearl's base (shown at 1:17:00) are actually called airborne wind turbines! They're like if you took the blade head of a wind turbine and put it in a tube shaped balloon with fins - this is so we can harvest more energy from the stronger winds at higher altitudes without needing massive structures :] The specific ones in Pearl's build look like they were inspired from the kind shown in chobani yoghurt's infamous solarpunk advert (a version with the advertising imagery like logos removed has become really popular in solarpunk communities), and those were based on Altaeros Energies' BATs, aka Buoyant Airborne Turbines!! Glad to see some representation of current renewable energy innovations :P

this was delightful!!! even having watched many of the hermits' videos documenting the creation of their builds, hearing each of them explain an overview of their base gives you a sense of the themes they have in mind, the stuff they're most proud of, etc.; it's awesome to hear fresh insight!

I would love to see this and other past seasons on the marketplace, same price as S9. My favorite was S1 with Dmac
