THE FIRST LADIES:

The FDR Presidential Library presents a conversation and book signing with Marie Benedict and Victoria Christopher Murray, coauthors of THE FIRST LADIES, at 6:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. THE FIRST LADIES is a novel about the partnership between First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt and civil rights activist Mary McLeod Bethune -- an unlikely friendship that changed the world.
The event will be held in the Henry A. Wallace Center. This is a free public event, but registration for in-person attendance is required (at fdrlibrary.org).
