As police in Turkey, we use the domestically designed and produced SAR 109T instead of the old German licensed MP5. You can shoot automatically without recoil with this submachine gun, which fires the same 9-millimeter bullet as my Canik TP9 gun. You don't understand why the creators of the game added so much recoil and gunpowder gas that would prevent you from seeing the firing line.
That particular gun is a 9mm blowback operated gun. Blowback operation is very simple and has alot of recoil. Shooting a 9mm blowback that is light weight compared to a full size 556 is not comparable. The 9mm will be jumpy.
Not at all. OWI is following this terrible trend where they think they need to make the game harder than real life, just like escape from tarkov. It didn't end well for tarkov and it won't end well for squad.
Yeah its not great at range. I was the guy you had that little fight with outside of the barn on the first black coast clip and I think you hit me probably 2 or 3 times before I even got bleed.
i dont mind some microtransaction, but if they looking for more profits they should maybe do something to attract more player, meaning more people would buy the game ... now the game i think aims only at hardcore playerbase, game is not easy, requires good communication, microphone, knowledge of maps and terrain, logistics, some other functions like spawning mechanics or overall rules that wont make you kick out of the game ... i feel like many people unfortunely are not able to properly know the game or dig in to it ... thats why current Squad player base isnt very big ... Developers could make more gamemodes, separate gamemodes with lowered bar for new players, something that would make the gameplay a bit more easier, i think that could attract more players to the game ...
Interesting perspective but tbh it was all of those things you mentioned that drew me to the game in the first place, and motivated me to continue playing it.
If I remember correctly, OWI said they were working on revamping the insurgency gamemode and adding civilians to it like in PR, so they are somewhat going in that direction. But it's like you said- because the game is so niche, it's naturally harder to attract players than mainstream games like COD which appeal to a broader demographic. I love what the devs are doing now though, I support them fully and tbh those weapon skins and emotes do look kinda tasty
