Hi from the UK I hope your daughter is recovering well children are so strong look after your self. I will say a prayer for you both, you help so many people like myself with your fun way of learning the uke . It's interesting. It seems as there are many possibilities to make christmas songs simple and sounding good. Second song I tried from your site and again I have no problems to play along. Thank you for making things easy. I hope your daughter is well now and you did stay healthy.

~~~☝🎶🏡~~~ Thank you Katie for this tutoring and that great explanation of the origin of the word Noel on your Instagram. Really like the way you structure these teachings. Things are beginning to click. Around the third replay I could play along fairly fluidly. I'm sure everyone has mentioned your singing, yet I must say, Your voice is BEAUTIFUL Katie. Love to hear you sing Ava Maria. Could this be made into a uke tutorial? If not, a Kazoo version will be good 😂😂😂 Thanks again Katie for the lessons and the laughs. Happy day. Kazoo Ave Maria!!!! HAHAHAHAHA!! That's brilliant, but I'm afraid I would get a few nasty letters! I have sung Ave Maria quite a few times for many weddings and funerals, so I have to see if I can make it happen. Thank you for the kind words. I was praying this morning, and the word "surrender" kept coming to mind. Surrendering the outcome, surrendering this channel, surrendering how God has made my voice and not comparing it to others. It's been a good morning surrendering everything at his feet. I so appreciate your support. You're the best!

@@OneMusicSchool Ha, hadn't thought of that. Some people don't have our sense of humor. Was it Victor Borge who did funny things on the piano with classical music? Found his videos hilarious. I see what you're saying, purists may write a letter. Ave Maria is one of my favorites. Singing at a wedding, goosebumps I'm sure! How about singing Ave Maria on Instagram? Surrender~powerful thought. Makes me think there's "power in letting go". Appreciate the reminder. Another reason I'm happy to have found (or was led) to One Music School, you're not haughty and you do have that humble essence of surrendering to God. I find strength in your example Katie. Happy healthy days following God's way.
