What do you mean the first snow in Tehran !!!? It snows every year in Tehran and the majority of Iranian plateau. Basically Iran is very cold in the winter time , due to the fact that it is very much northen hemisphere and high plateau also the Siberian lands are just to the north east..... You obviously mean the first snow this year.
