Hi all!
It’s nice outside: it’s warm, the birds are singing, the gardens are blooming - grace. As I remember, it was always like this at Easter. By the way, happy holiday to everyone who celebrates!
And this warm weather doesn’t seem to last for long - it’s going to rain for a couple of days from Monday and it’s going to get colder. The main thing is that there is no frost.
As soon as I moved the rabbits to the grass, there was more trouble. It was easier with hay: he came, put it in the feeders and left. And now go and mow, wilt, bring... And you need to constantly keep your finger on the pulse and monitor the weather - mow for future use before the rains. But on grass they grow much faster, but the volume of mowing needs to be increased. Last year I made hay here in the garden, but this year I will have to constantly mow and feed the grass, and go somewhere further to get the hay. Well, that's okay. Nevertheless, the technology has appeared - it will be easier to transport it from the forest with a walk-behind tractor than with a GAZ 69.
It’s convenient to mow in the garden - the bees get angry that I cut off their flowers. But nothing can be done. You can’t go earlier - there’s still dew. You will have to come to terms with it and undergo bee sting therapy along with physical education. Now I also took one, but these are flowers; yesterday I took six doses at once, when the unexpected swarm was cleared.
Now this swarm has nowhere to go: there is no foundation yet and the hive is not quite ready, there are no bottoms yet. Now I’ll quickly make them, cast the foundation and transplant them into a new hive, completely made with my own hands.
I hope the bees like it and don't fly away.
