Due to their immense pride, the Corinthians were abusing spiritual gifts, using them to bolster notoriety, instead of to honor Christ. So Paul responds, reminding them that true works of the Spirit will always point to Christ, and bring holy harmony, and edification, to the church.

I am grateful within this moment for the truth in this sermon, so clear to me now. Jesus is Lord, never again will my mouth utter profanity against my Father, all these years the dark one, and his ways of telling my life "there are no consequences". The next question is, how to handle the anger of finding out I have been lied to for many years? I repent, for these sins and will ask for forgiveness. In Jesus name I pray 🙏

This is good stuff! Thanks for this strong message! Funny about the yelling!! It’s hard to listen before I go to bed because I get over stimulated with his strong teaching stamina. It reminds me of Paul Washer. Lol.
