The first test train runs along our new section of mainline track 

This is the very first time a full train has passed over our new section of mainline track.
If you've visited us over the last couple of months, you would have seen the team working in all weathers to renew a large section of our 15" track.
Yesterday evening we put the first test train along this section, with Keith doing the honours driving City of Truro.
There's still more work to do, and lots of testing ahead. However, we hope to have this section of line open again in the coming weeks.
