In NYC, racism was everywhere with everyone having some kind of animosity towards one another. I lived in Ozone Park Queens on 112th & 101 avenue in the 80's & 90's... the heart of Gambino and other familia's neighborhood and I saw my share of incidents too!

Im the same way , I dont put myself around many people either. I was never one to chase a person around Jimmy if they dont want to know then I just move right on down the road. Dont sweat it brother.
