This year, it is the first time in Ukraine’s history that the Ukrainian Independent Orthodox Church is celebrating Christmas today, on the 25th of December, marking Ukrainians’ wish of many decades to align their traditions with those of the West.
Spending Christmas with family is the dream of many Ukrainians separated by war. Thousands of them still live under occupation. We collect €25 000 for the emergency evacuation of Ukrainians from the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) and russia.

Helping to Leave is a 24/7 helpline for Ukrainians affected by russia’s military invasion. Every €100 helps evacuate one person from active military combat zones.
