Back to the Future was and still will be my favorite movie series, and I'm glad to see it! And I will admit, I've actually done research about it, and the directors of the movie actually chose 88 because the car could barely handle reaching 88. And yes, it was a pretty slow car, there are now better engines with higher horsepower that fit in the original engine bay. And while the parts aren't being made, someone did buy the company, and is selling them. When they bought the original company, there was enough parts to make about 300 more DeLoreans

Hi there! Some of the mad scientists at RR have produced a working prototype to a time traveling delorean, however is it still behind closed doors and not in our current release. Down the road some updated parts and teleportation-enabled flux capacitor is due 😉⚡️

They should remake the Delorean to make it more reliable irl. It has such an iconic design. Edit: I realize that many comments are pointing out that it is in the concept of making the DMC again. I have not heard of it yet so thanks for letting me know.

I think DMC recently announce that they will be updating the Delorean and expect to start selling it this year. Also, they should be electric ⚡️. It sounds like a good investment to me!

Please keep in mind that this mod is a meshslap of the old bolide and is actually inaccurate in terms of size. The one on the official forums is a lot more realistic and accurate

By the way if you ever curious that one off-road car is covered in something called Line-X it's commonly used in your truck bed to prevent it from rusting out and also scratching the paint and a lot of other cool uses for it in fact it's commonly found on a lot of off-road cars on the bottom and also some people do it on the outside so that their cars are protected and it's a fashion statement yes.

The delorean actually was slow, the films originally had the car go to over 100mph but because it was so slow they had to reduce it to 88mph otherwise they'd run out of road before it got there 😂

When it hits 88, it doesn’t speed up to 300 mph. It time travels into the future where you’re going to be making it perceive that you’re going faster.

The only time a delorean will get over 88mph is in beamng. If doc got in trouble with the police he'd get away quite quickly

these were race cars so they werent too slow but they were made fully out of stainless steel so they were really heavy but strong so they were slower than they could have been

When you do drag start you have to rew te engine to get the right time from 0-60 etc.

what they could do is once u hit 88, it warps the car into a space tunnel, after a few seconds you exit the tunnel in the same place you left, but the time of day changes.

Fun fact about the delorean is that it couldn't even get up to 88 mph it could only get to 65 mph I think so in back to the future they mostly show digital speed

Jet car crashed in the river because you couldn't land it in the pool and the river was the closest thing you could find. Perfectly into the river too
