Though the arc itself was kind of anti-climactic. It felt more like just a way to show off their new upgrades. Which is the reason why Oda is epic, since he was able to turn the whole thing into something awesome.

Joy boys promise to the mermaid princess was most likely to use the ark noah to carry the inhabitants of fishman island to the surface world to live peacefully with the humans. but for whatever reason he wasnt able to do so and wrote his apoligy on the sea forest ponelgylph!!

Because its a trailer not a spoiler. When he shows the best moments then no one have to look this chapter because they know the epic moments and they aren't epic anymore.

I think he did it on purpose coz if he did put the zoro vs hordy part on a trailer, that wouldn't be a trailer anymore coz that is a 'special' part and it should not be presented in a trailer

luffy will "destroy" fishman island in the sense that he will relocate it to the surface world so fishman and merfolk will live peacefully with humans or inspire them to move to surface world when humans are able to accept them as equals!! he is the future pirate king he can do it!! i bet am right!! x3

the fishman island arc isn't even that good compared to other arcs fortunately from what i remember the arc gets a fair bit better next episode. Although I will say they gave the fishman island a good past story they just didn't include enough of the straw hats.
