LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE!! Hope you guys enjoyed! I was originally gonna show a lot more movie footage but sadly copyright wouldn't allow it, so hopefully my words and the trailer footage is enough, sorry! I really wanted to still get the video out today so I didn't have time to get all the screenshots and stuff in it, but yeah!
Matthew Lillard tried and succeeded in stealing the movie within the last 5 minutes he was given. The way he does the Ghostface blade wipe whilst in the suit had me screaming like a giddy child.
i love that this movie really leaned into the fact that these robots are haunted by children, so they'd naturally be willing to do child-like things, such as building that big-ass blanket fort you never really see that element of them, and i'm glad it's explored in official material now
Definitely feels to me like a lot of scenes that weren't super important but would've portrayed some things better or answered some questions were cut to get the film under 2 hours. I wanna see the Cawthon Cut.
@@ExtraQuestionableContent Cat Conner Sterling said that a lot of her scenes playing Max in the movie got cut, and a few scenes we saw in the security footage video weren’t in the movie, like the news reporter outside the pizzeria talking about the missing kids and Fixed Foxy performing on stage, most likely meaning there was going to be a flashback scene.
It was really awesome for me as a fnaf fan, but my family who know’s nothing about the series also loved it. It’s nice when you share your interest’s and get positive thoughts backs. Critics can screw off, even as a non fnaf movie it still deserves at least a 6/10.
@@inputnutria2026 @inputnutria2026 Critics aren't movie makers. They're reviewers. The funny thing is that in your example, the guy telling the chief to get out, would be the one who fits the definition of the critic (The chef being the movie maker).
I went on Thursday opening night and it was one of the best expirences I've had. I've been waiting since the movie was announced and sitting in that theater was so unreal. I love the movie and I'm glad it turned out the way it did even with its flaws that aren't too much of a bother.
8:51, he DOES realize that it's the same last name right before he offers the job. He says something like, "Well, i can't help you but thanks for coming in Mike Sch-" and he cuts the name off, pauses for a second, and then says "actually I do have a job for you." As he is clearly excited to kill the second brother.
16:22 I love how Abby says "yeah, they're ghosts, how else would they get the robots to move?" Like she said it in such a way I fully expected her to call Mike a dumbass jfjdjd
I think Afton should have visited Michael halfway through the movie, maybe talking about Freddy's instead of Vanessa, and having mike be more and more suspicious of Afton, idk
It was so much fun to watch with a packed theater of fans! I was just so incredibly happy to see this (used to be) small indie game on the big screen!!
Same! My dad didn't know anything either. He loved it and this is the first movie he talked about the movie and lore with me afterwards. I was so excited he was actually interested in it.
I was at the first showing at my local theater, and it was an amazing experience! I could tell that most the audience were fans, and it felt like one big watch party. It was a really great opportunity to connect with the community over a franchise we love.
I don't care about what the critics say, I enjoyed the FNAF movie and I'm not ashamed of it. Also this was a really entertaining video! Edit: THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HEARTING MY COMMENT, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! Sorry, I got carried away but seriously thank you so much!
I've made the same mistake you did, editing a comment to thank whoever posted the video for hearting my comment, not knowing it would to away. It was on one of Ambience's FNAF 4 guides.
My mom actually saw the movie with me and only knows the most basic of stuff from overhearing me and my brother talking about it occasionally, yet she still enjoyed the movie a lot which goes to show that it still can be enjoyed by people who don’t know the source material
This movie was amazing. I understand if some non-fnaf fans won't enjoy it, but for my birthday party we went opening night and my friend knew nothing about it and he loved it and my parents only knew a little and they actually LOVED the movie, with capital letters, and they are over 50 years old, I was so surprised they actually enjoyed it for not liking brutal things and being older than 50. My friends who know the franchise also LOVEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD it and I LOVEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD it. My theater was going wild. Clapping, cheering, laughing, and at some parts were just dead silent, waiting for the next thing to happen. The RU-vid cameos, just yes! And they even put the Living Tombstone song at the end. They really did us well. I won't get into it too much, but let's just say I think the second movie will be a hit just like the first one. Love the video and analysis, MR Springs, you're always good at that.
I have a theory that Golden Freddy's ghost is haunting the building itself, but is able to leave the building by manifesting in the form of Golden Freddy.
I’m glad to see someone actually being positive about this film. Personally I loved it. I’ve seen the film twice now and I probably loved the film more the second time. It was great and I feel like people are maybe being just a little bit too harsh on it.
I genuinely really loved the movie. I went Thursday night with two friends, one who knew the lore and another who knew nothing about the lore and they both really enjoyed it as well. It was such an awesome experience and I cannot wait for the next ones.
NO Aunt Jane didn't die, she was so silly that she fell asleep onto the floor and mangled her legs, I never thought that anyone else (apart from me) liked Springbonnie's voice, it also gave me SD vibes so I like to think that was intentional like how he did the Scream knife wipe and yeah the way he kicks Mike around is awesome and now I want him to kick me (not Afton, but SB himself) the "Wake Up Children,I have something for you to play with" line is my favourite line of the movie apart Silly Aunt Jane, remember Afton puts the mask back on cuz he feels more confident and powerful Inside him and we neeeeed Funko to make a figure of him and Sparky.
Oh yeah by the way he recognized Mike Smith's last name because he probably asked Garrett right after he kidnapped him what his name was and before he killed him and he probably said Garrett Smith so yeah that's why he recognized the name
Fun fact: when i went to go see the FNAF movie yesterday, there was a person in line behind me, wearing I kid you not, a light blue button up shirt, black pants, and a phone mask type thing on his head. So I wasn't surprised one bit when this Phone Guy walked into the fnaf movie.
I thought Mike getting hurt by the ghosts in his dreams was actually caused by the real Animatronics. I swear we see Foxy approach the office before his first ouchie dream.
I watched the movie with my dad. The movie was better than I thought it was going to be, but I still found it lacking. And my dad did know he wasn't going to like it. I did have to explain things to him. The cupcake scenes were funny. I did find one part of the cupcake attacking Mike too goofy. He didn't like how Afton died in the movie so I show him the FNaF 3 end of night mini games and he likes that one better.
From what I gathered about the animatronics, all of them are used a mix of animatronics and humans in the suits except for Foxy who is animatronic 100% of the time (probably because of the exposed endo legs and feet).
The movie feels like security breach with how the trailers showed a lot of stuff that state up wasn’t in the final release the only difference between the two is that fans have overall loved the movie
The good thing about the Fnaf movie is that they didn't add remnant to the story, and stayed true to the original material with the animatronics simply being ghosts.
I wish his name was Steve Raglin and not Steve Raglan , because Steve Raglin is an anagram for Everlasting which would have been a cool Easter egg for the "I always come back" thing
Amazing video and I agree with this. Although I had some flaws similar to the flaws you had in a way. Because I honestly wish we got more William afton like his screentime is so dirty like the way steelwool treated Vanny. I loved the final boss fight. And the animatronics and the start and story. And the actors did great. And the lighting was so good. But like I had felt like William should've got more screentime by showing missing posters or missing reports. Cause we don't see that in the film. All we get really by William being teased as Spring bonnie is like the start. Cause it shows somebody putting on a suit at the start. With the pixels. I also wish they showed more of the deaths of the animatronics in the movie cause it's not fair if " The Cupcake " had more screentime than the other animatronic's /Freddy/Bonnie/Chica/Foxy. And I also wish half of the movie wasn't just the flashbacks. ( SPOILERS/My Opinion ) 9/10 film just had a couple of flaws but its good either way. Been a fan since ( 2016 - 2017.)
i just went yesterday night, it was a 10:20pm showing on a school night. My best friend and i were the only ones in the theater, and it was everything my childhood self would've wanted. I felt like a child again watching it, and it was amazing.
If there was 1(basically 2)things I would change it would be making the friendly animatronics part take less time and giving the yellow rabbit an actual chase scene(like a real horror filled one) that would include the animatronics under williams control help a bit, and it would go throughout every part of the pizzeria with the ending being the same as what happened.
Love the video, and I also had fun with the movie, and I'm so excited for more! According to Scott and Jason Bloom's posts and Matthew Lillard saying he signed a 3-movie contract, Afton will indeed come back! Also about 24:00 - The Silver Eyes shows the Spring Bonnie suit deflecting a cop's bullet and giving Afton super strength as well, so that's actually cannon somehow lol
I would like to point out that in the movie, Hank looks tough and mean, but all changes when he starts screaming like a girl, it was honestly hilarious
Most people think it’s goofy because of the fort scene, but they forget that this is probably really accurate to what might happen in real life (( if this could happen)) because they’re just little kids who were murdered and shoved into robots, and they haven’t seen anyone in like 15-20 years or something. That was probably the most fun they’d ever had in so many years.
i found it kinda fun how it was more on the wholesome side. Don't get me wrong, would have loved a movie who stuck to the games lore and not the books, but it kind of reminded me of the peak of fnaf, when everyone was shipping animatronics and giving them personalities. I feel like it's just another part of the fandom
The scream Freddy does is to show his pain think about it he and the others were lied to for 20 dam years maybe more they really thought that the William was their friend then Abby (I have no idea how to spell her name 🤣) shows them that it was all a lie the scream is to show that pain it’s sad when you think about it Edit: I know I am late
As a fnaf fan, I loved it. Of course I have my own critiques of it (pretty much the same of everyone else’s tho, wish it was longer, and golden Freddy + William had more screetime) but I went with a friend and the entire time we would cling together and start smacking and shaking each other in excitement pretty much every moment. Other fnaf fan friends I was with also loved it. Unfortunately a guy friend of mine who wasn’t a fan hated it.
7/10 as a general movie 8.5/10 as a fnaf movie is where i stand, i can see what critiques dont like and non fans wont like, but i enjoyed seeing it once the earliest and first viewing on the 26th, and a SOLD OUT viewing on the 27th that would clap and scream anytime anything fnafy happened
I loved the movie and ironically theres onlt a one scenes i think it really needed, one of Mike asking Vanessa about the yellow rabbit drawing. "Whos that character, that doesnt look like bonnie" "oh thats... from the restaurant's early days" I actually think GF being shown exclusively as the ghost kid was really neat and i was thinking the Springlock suit was supposed to be Baby, not Ella. Also my friends and i were jokinf that the Cupcake had by far the highest KDR.
Wait...what parts were cut from the movie that were in the trailers/promos? I saw everything show up. so I'm not sure what elements you are referring to.
Just watched it today! I'd definitely say it's a fun movie and I do like how they lean into the animatronics being possessed by kids more. I wouldn't say it's a great movie but it's definitely a fun movie if your a fan
I pray they next movie is a prequel. I desperately want to see a mangle animatronic. Also it's just a balloon boy figure I'm pretty sure, not the actual animatronic
Just one (spoilery) note . . . . . . . . Vanessa in some cut content (i think from fnaf ar) is revealed to have last name starting with "A". IIRC current theory is her being daughter of Michael?
I think the movie is okay, speaking purely off how good it is *as a movie*, however, as a piece of FNaF media, it's amazing and knowing the lore beforehand enhances the movie ten-, no, hundred fold.
This movie was amazing. As a fan for a while this movie just really hits u in the heart it was so exciting to see and the animations looked amazing. Is it the best movie ever? Probably not but its the same excitement i had when i saw the detective pikachu movie. Seeing my loves in a movie like this its just amazing and awesome. Freaking spring trap at the end uggghhh soooooo goood! And seeing matpat i mean i didnt even hear him say thats just a theory because the theater was all freaking out when we saw him i couldnt hear the movie lol
You can’t expect to impress everyone, and only fans of a game franchise can enjoy a movie based off of what they loved. The Mario movie was made for the fans (new and old). The FNAF movie is for the fans (new and old) Obviously, the FNAF movie has its minor faults, but it’s good enough where it doesn’t deserve to be shit on for no reason. When people criticize a movie and don’t even give it credit for the good parts, they aren’t true fans. *cough TheftKing cough* So while the movie isn’t perfect, it’s still worth watching. 9/10.
I loved this movie but i got thrown into the side of media where everyone around me hated it. It really stopped me from appreciating the movie. I know the movie isn't perfect and honestly, story wise it's lacking, and that's being generous. I enjoyed the movie for what it was. I just hate how people can't have opinions. I've been called dumb and mocked because i liked the movie. I see people going at each others throats over it. People who hate it yap on and on about how bad it is. And people who love it bully people who dislike it. I think the only thing thats matters is that many, including me enjoyed it. Try not to let other people stop you from enjoying the movie. (Don't bully people because they don't like it either 💀)
I've only seen clips online and man do i really wanna see this movie although i will say this the one part that did confuse me about the ending was Vanessa already knows who the killer is and stuff she basically knows everything that happened but then she acts surprised when she sees him at the end like huh? Also tbh i am not surprised she is his daughter i kinda expected it and if it was a parallel to game Vanessa i kinda wouldn't be surprised either she looks like an afton not even really Elizabeth like just the oldest child that has a lot of similarities to Elizabeth but not looking like her
As a FNAF fan, I didn't really like the movie. I felt like they made William Afton less intimidating, and for the most part, it was just boring. My next problem is due to the small budget, but it's still a problem. The animatronics don't do much. The physical animatronics don't have enough mobility and the budget is too low for CGI. This is probably why the cupcake had more screentime than it deserved. It's easier to CGI something small.
I loved the movie, and I guess it was cut down a little, but we can all agree... AT LEAST IT WASN'T LIKE SECURITY BREACH (the cut content in Security Breach is ginormous).
I'm sorry i'm so confused, you're showing the youtube quick ads for the movie here but they're mysteriously in my language that i'm used to seeing them in when i expected english, are you Finnish or just psychic? Did you somehow find new technology that makes those clips appear in the viewers language? DO YOU HAVE ILLUSION DISCS?!
THE MOVIE WAS AWESOME!!!!! The acting was amazing, especially Matthew Lillard as William, the animatronics were incredible, the atmosphere was top notch, I just wish it was a little bit longer tho. I give this movie 9.8 out of 10!
I like the movie and glad it made over x6.5 the amount it was made. But I wish the movie was better, consistent tone, more horror, more screen time for characters, film should’ve been over 2 hours. Hopefully the sequels fixes the problems of this film, and increase its strengths.
I loved the movie but I think the fact that they added VANESSA was annoying asf specially as a cop Mike just sleept most of the movie, but it removed the potential but since they described still nicely the story I think just the fnaf1 lore could have easily been made
