Remember everyone, Barry was in the speedforce for 6 months, soaking up it's energy, When he got out he was faster then wally and before he went into the speedforce he was slower then wally. Wally found ways to control his energy so yes he does have a better connection to the speedforce but he's the second fastest speedster alive. But the speedforce died. so everyone connected to it is now slow. Until barry builds the Artificial speedforce.

if the flash had more budgets, they could have made every fight is slow motion with bunch lightning everywhere and it would've saved the series. I hope season 8 is gonna have enough budgets for that because CGI fights are cool.
