@@bludj992 not really a reference, at that point cait can't turn into killer frost at will yet, however she does turn when she feels pressuered or stressed, for her, dying puppies are a good reason to become killer frost, so she can save them. is just cisco giving some motivation
Yeah man, the season was shit, I mean these jokes could be funny, but the pacing was awful, there is no character development, the writer's formula is getting old
